Telecom Communications, whilst a new brand, has a long established history in Ashburton and Mid Canterbury.

Kingan's Holdings Ltd was established in February 1994 by the Kingan Family, opening as a successful Ben Rumble Franchise. With a permanent staff of three we began what today has remained locally owned by the Kingans with Directors, Deane and Karen Kingan and brother in-law and sister Andrew & Keriann Saunders, all combined shareholders.

When the Ben Rumble Group was purchased by Telecom in 1999, we were re-branded and became Telecom More Mobile.

In July 2005, Kingan's Holdings Ltd became a shareholder of Orb Communications and later that year extended our operation opening a second store in Rangiora.

Now with a staff of 15 operating stores in Ashburton and Rangiora and serviced offices with outbound Account Management in Timaru and Christchurch we have Canterbury covered.

We have a large loyal customer base, many of which we have been servicing since we started the business, we believe that the success to creating these strong partnerships woth our clients comes from knowing and understanding our customer needs, having a local knowledge and delivering exceptional service.

Our stores are part of a nationwide collective of independent dealers which allows each dealer to provide local knowledge within a broad network of information sharing, research and development, and collaboration.
