Having issues with your new ETSL terminal?

 

Some retailers will be confronted with some new options when doing a manual card entry into their new ETSL card terminal.  The main changes will be around the CSC (card security code). These are 3 numbers usually printed on the back of your common credit cards.  With the ATS card not having these numbers you must follow these procedures: 

• Enter the card number and expiry date as per usual.
• Select the NO CSC ON CARD OPTION (#3)
• Select MOTO UNKNOWN (#6)
• Enter the amount to be paid
• Check and accept signature

That’s it! Now your transaction will be completed.
