Customer Service Centre

The Customer Service Centre is central to the efficient operation of ATS, dealing with telephone and email retail and product enquiries and orders and coordinating the ATS free on-farm delivery service.

Julian Kershaw

Julian is the first point of contact at the front reception desk, taking care of member enquiries and payments.

If you have any ATS or fuel card enquiries or have lost or had a card stolen, Julian will take care of all the details.

She will also arrange for messages to be delivered to staff or members as required, as well as photocopying for members.
