Neal Shaw
Chief Executive
As Chief Executive, Neal is responsible to the Board of Directors for all aspects of the direction and performance of the ATS business including ATS Energy.
As well, Neal's open door policy makes him available for discussions with members and staff.
Neal also represents ATS the Chairman of WaterMetricsNZ.

Compliance / Human Resources Manager
As Compliance Manager, Pete is involved in many areas of the ATS business from Approved Handler certification (for members, stores and staff), Store certification, on-farm chemical and fuel storage, the ATS Health and Safety programme, staff training, the Agrecovery programme (silage plastic and empty chemical container collection) plus security management and building maintenance.

Sommer Wagstaff
Executive Assistant
Sommer supports and assists the CEO, Board of Directors and the Executives by providing executive administration and secretarial services, and being responsible for assisting the CEO to achieve their leadership, management, and research objectives. Sommer is also responsible for proactively managing the day-to-day activities, short and long term projects associated with ATS.
